Marilyn Moreno. Is The Best Mortgage Broker. Ever.

Marilyn Moreno at Central Coast Lending is the best. I've worked with Marilyn since 2003 -- that's 19 years -- and have done nearly two dozen purchases and refi's with her, even when she ran her own mortgage business. She has always come through. She's always given me rock bottom pricing when it comes to rates and fees. Even when I've shopped around at other mortgage brokers who came highly recommended by my friends -- no one could touch Marilyn. 

More importantly, she provides incomparable custom service. Not only has she sometimes compromised her own compensation to meet original expectations in an everchanging mortgage environment, she is a crackerjack problem solver. On my most recent refi, I frankly did not think that the loan would happen because I recently retired and did not have a traditional W2 to show income. But, Marilyn knew how to satisfy the underwriter and worked my application like a pro. Notwithstanding the complexity, this refi was done in a month! As with previous transactions, I saved significant money with this refi. I am so grateful to Marilyn and her team. Highly, highly recommend!
